What is AIP?

There are six AIP pillars and each one of these six is crucial to boost your physical and mental health.
Here we go:

Diet
The AIP diet consists of two equally important main factors.
Temporarily eliminating certain foods that have the ability to trigger flare-ups in autoimmune diseases or other chronic inflammatory diseases whilst increasing the nutrient density of the foods that are consumed. Read more here.

Sleep
Ha, this is such a big one but so often overlooked. Good sleep hygiene and a good night’s sleep are key for reduction of inflammation.

Stress management
Stress management can come in many forms but it is crucial to keeping inflammation at bay.

Exercise
No, this doen’t mean training yourself into the ground at the gym.
For AIP the focus is on moving your body to best of your ability.

Connection to Nature
