In-depth look at your medical history. You will fill out an extensive medical health history questionnaire and keep a food and mood journal. This food journal is, and I can’t stress this enough, not to judge your diet nor your food choices. A food journal is just very often a wonderful tool to discover a link between certain food and symptoms. With all this information you have provided I get to work and will research your diagnosis, and look for root causes.
AIP protocol action plan. We discuss your health goals, both short term and long term. With these goals and the results of the research I create a step-by-step AIP protocol action plan.
You are driving. You are in charge of the pace of implementing the AIP protocol. Some people want to dive in at the deep end, others start by getting their feet wet in the shallow end. We discuss what works for you and go from there.
